Warm Programs

Our organization offers two separate Warm Programs based on your energy service provider.

West Penn Power Warm Program: West Penn Power customers may be eligible to receive energy-saving assistance such as insulation, caulking, weather-stripping, etc. Only available to West Penn Power customers.

West Penn Power Warm Plus Program: West Penn Power customers may be eligible to receive energy-saving assistance such as insulation, caulking, weather-stripping, etc. Only available to West Penn Power customers.

GPU's Warm Program: GPU customers may be eligible to receive energy-saving assistance such as insulation, caulking, and weatherstripping, etc. Only available to Penelec customers.

GPU's Warm Plus Program: GPU customers may be eligible to receive energy-saving assistance such as insulation, caulking, and weatherstripping, etc. Only available to Penelec customers.

West Penn Power Warm Program: Bedford and Fulton County.

GPU's Warm Program: Bedford, Blair and Cambria County.

GPU's Warm Plus Program: Bedford, Blair and Cambria County.

Program Requirements

West Penn Power Warm Program: Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines

West Penn Power Warm Plus Program: Must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines

GPU's Warm Program: Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.

GPU's Warm Plus Program: Must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
