Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP)

The Emergency Food and Shelter Program provides financial aid for one month of utility services (i.e. electric, propane, water, sewer, or heating oil/wood) to Huntingdon County Residents.  Utility payments may not be made on behalf of individuals who are not eligible for the Department of Human Services Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Applicants must be at, or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
