As part of Everett Area Community Housing (EACH), the Raystown Village Apartments are located in Everett, Pennsylvania and provides HUD Section 8 subsidized housing for individuals age 62 and older and/or individuals living with a disability. We offer clean and quiet one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom townhouses with electricity, water, sewer, and trash included in rent.
Interested applicants should submit an application for our waiting list. As units become available, prospective tenants are contacted to review eligibility. Units are rented to eligible households on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Raystown Village Apartments are located in Everett, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Interested applicants can apply from any location without facing any residency restrictions.
Applicants must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
