Verbal or oral requests will not be accepted.


Fees and charges:

1. Fees for duplication of pubic records shall be as follows:
    a. $.25 per page
    b. Duplication of public electronic and/or tape records: actual cost to the Agency.
    c. Postage: actual cost to the Agency of mailing the public record
   
   
2. The Agency may, at its discretion, waive fees.
