Housing Rehabilitation 

This is an owner-occupied home rehabilitation program that provides minor and major repairs to homes in order to bring the home up to HUD’s Section 8 housing standards for health and safety. This is not to remodel your home, but to make it a safe home. Some examples of rehabilitation measures include, but are not limited to, servicing roof, siding, windows, accessibility, plumbing, electrical and more.

Counties Served

Bedford and Fulton County.

Program Requirements

- The owner must remain in the home at least 5 years after the rehabilitation is complete.
- Applying households must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
