Lending Library of Technology 

Our Lending Library of Technology provides technology such as laptops, and hotspots for those that demonstrate a critical need to access technology for virtual learning, working, and maintaining telehealth appointments. 

Through this program, we can loan laptops to keep individuals connected for virtual learning, working, and maintaining telehealth appointments.  Additionally, we have supplied the Everett Free Library (Bedford County), the Fulton County Library (Fulton County), and the Juniata County Library (Juniata County) with hotspots for circulation to individuals who need to access the internet.

Counties Served

Bedford, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, and Mifflin County.

Program Requirements

Individuals must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
