Center for Community Action’s (CCA’s) Employment and Training programs and services are designed to assist with increasing individual and family self-sufficiency providing people with the opportunity to learn the skills needed to gain employment. Our employment and training programs are designed to provided short-term job coaching, on-the-job training experiences through activities and community service, and resume and job search assistance.
We network with local employment agencies and businesses in the areas we serve to gauge what employers are looking for. Then, we help you obtain those skills.
